I grew up in Chapmanville, WV attended Chapmanville High School and Marshall University and was a member of the Thundering Herd football team. After college I was hired as the Logan County 911 Director, during that tie I became a Nationally registered Paramedic and was involved in all types of technical rescue through the years. In 1994 I opened a real estate brokerage with my family (Tri- County Realty) in Chapmanville, WV. I became a football coach in 1999 at Chapmanville High School and coached 15 years and later coached 3 years at Winfield High School. I moved from Chapmanville to Winfield, WV in 2016 while still maintaining my brokerage in Chapmanville, WV. During all the years of real estate I became a landlord, flipper and property manager buying all classes of real estate and learning how to become an investor and how to treat people. In 2019 I closed my brokerage and decided to go full time as a home buying expert and that developed into Coach Buys Homes. For the last 5 years I have been solely focused on providing a quality home buying service in Kanawha, Putnam and Cabell counties. I currently reside in Winfield, WV with my wife Shae daughter Kennedy(20) and son David(14)
